Ted Decker is the September speaker and I think you might really enjoy the evening. A seasoned paddler, mostly on the Missouri River, Ted has made an unusual string of friends as he travels. He's kind of set in his ways yet always up for a new experience: the easiest way to contact him is through the U.S. Post office but his kayak collection is varied and on the high-tech side. He is an amputee and his paddling prosthetic has a bare rubber foot; he's been known to travel with a cat, and he can tell a story like none other.
