Skills Clinic

Hello! New members here. I will be coming to the skills clinic with my 10 year old kiddo and we are looking to borrow kayaks. I live in Maplewood and would be happy to pickup ahead of time. Does anyone have 2 kayaks we can borrow?

For directions, look under the general forum and look for the Google Maps File. It will get you there or to any other place we go.

Also Google has fixed the map down there, so I got the map updated based on the correction

Joan, Is there an address or specific name for the pavilion where we will meet?

Joan, Signed up for the skills Clinic! You mention meeting at the Pavilion near the lake. Is there an address or location name we can use for GPS?

We have one of the most fun and least expensive Skills Clinic and it is at one of the loveliest places in Missouri. The instructors have knowledge about paddling all over the world, racing, the ACA, whitewater, big rivers, how to work with different groups, sustainability, and almost all Missouri streams. Children and adults at all levels from "never been in a kayak" to "been doing this all my life" are welcome. We still have some room in the Clinic. You need to join the St. Louis Canoe and Kayak Club, Missouri Whitewater Association, or the Mississippi River Water Trail Association in order to attend. Info for joining the St. Louis Canoe and Kayak Club is on the website or come to the meeting on Thursday, June 1 at 6 p.m. at George Winter pavilion to talk with club members. Bring a dish to share at the potluck. Joan
