Time: 10:00 – 2;00: Ribbon Cutting @ 10:00 am, On the water after Ribbon Cutting around 11:00 for about 2 hours
Info: Veterans and Non-Veterans are Welcome to kayak from the new Mississippi boat launch to the dam.
**Alert: All Boats have to be 13+ foot boat
**VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: Shuttle Drivers and help get Veterans in boats. ** Safety boaters with Open Water Re-Entry training welcome.
