personal safety reminder: Opening of firearms deer season is to be taken seriously. Wear blaze orange, or other brightly colored exterior clothing at all times outdoors.

I’m a new member and signed up for Jan 1st paddle. Waterfowl hunting is my usual winter pastime.
Am loading a Hobie Compass, and the dry wear now. If the ramp is icy, or should any member observe something not right with my kit, please advise pre-launch and I’ll happily meet y’all later in the cantina 😉
