Club Membership: Club membership, at the individual or household/family level, includes:
- Ability to post in the Forums
- Ability to attend Common Adventure trips
- Ability to attend organized, ACA-sanctioned club trips and skills clinics for free
- Right to vote on issues presented at general meeting or by online surveys
- Levels of membership
- Individual Membership: Membership fee for 2024 is $20 per year ($22 for online payment) and starts the date you join.
- Household/family Membership: Household/family membership fee for 2024 is $30 and includes all household/family members within a given physical address and starts the date you join. For children under the age of 18, the Club will contribute the $10 cost of single-event ACA event membership/liability coverage for a total of six times per year. To have a family membership, you must be the adult of the household. Children will then be added as additional family members.
Liability coverage with ACA for official club trips and clinics: For official club trips or skills clinics (not common adventure trips), we require participants to have liability coverage with an annual ACA membership or single-event coverage. We recommend all club members purchase an annual individual membership to the American Canoe Association but that is not mandatory. However, if you are not an American Canoe Association member, there is a one-time $10 ACA event membership fee for each trip or clinic you attend.
