After discussing with Kathy, this will be changed to a formal trip. (Meaning we’ll follow ACA requirements.) A new entry will be created in the Trip Info & Comments forum with the trip registration link.

ParticipantAll,
for some reason, I just can’t fix the description on the trip registration page but it’s correct down below and on our calendar, I did fix the confirmation page.
Eileen Lenkman
ParticipantOops, I’ll try to fix that confirmation, Carolyn. I will cancel your second registration.
If anyone else gets that, don’t worry, you are registered.
Eileen Lenkman
ParticipantDebbie,
That was a mistake on my part when entering the events in the Calendar.
If was April 11, back in the Spring.
Oooops.

We have to reschedule this trip. Randy is our guide and he has an emergency work situation.

ParticipantIf people are interested in carpooling, we can meet at my house in St Peters earlier in the evening. I can carry 6 boats and 3-4 people.

ParticipantCarolyn Knarr and Deborah Dyle are camping at Echo Bluff SP on Friday night. There may still be a walk-in campsite available if anyone wants to join us. The cost is $15.

ParticipantAll,
I am going to cancel this trip so everyone can make alternate plans.
Eileen Lenkman
ParticipantWe are down to four attendees now (8/29). I think we’re going to have to cancel this unless someone volunteers to be a Trip Leader.

ParticipantWe don’t need to change this to a pop-up, just need someone else to volunteer as Trip Leader.
I am sorry but I cannot, even if we moved it back to Saturday and Sunday.
If there are no volunteers by Friday noon, I will cancel this trip. Please check back here and I will send out an email too.

ParticipantI have to agree Ed! It was a great group of people and everyone meshed so well. I wish I could go on the Big Piney but can’t. 🙁 But looking forward to hopefully doing another trip on the North Fork in October. I will lead that but you can all be very sure I’ll be super conscious of people having the appropriate gear for that time of year — concentrating on the probability as in preparing for immersion. I am really looking forward to having more multi-sport weekends where people can paddle, bike, hike or just enjoy the great outdoors.
