And shuttle either to Robertsville or Chouteau Claim. The Bourbose is slow moving so if we do both, it will be a longer day so let me know your wishes . As usual, this trip is free to club members with ACA insurance. Without , a $5 club fee and $10 ACA . Wear PFD and no alcohol till after the paddle. Bring lunch and water . . Eileen, though I know that a few of us are disappointed about not being able to paddle the Big Piney this weekend, I think you made the right call in canceling it. I know too that we all hope that Dave and Briana have minimal to no Covid symptoms, and a quick and complete recovery.
For those that still want to go. Put in is usually Boiling Spring, take out Ross bridge. The shuttle can get confusing . If you contact Pecks last resort, they offer shuttles and camping . I’m really sorry but I think I have to cancel going on this trip also. I’m recovering from a back injury and am concerned about hurting it again doing this much paddling.
Carolyn, I am still potentially open to going on the Big Piney trip but have a question: who, if anyone, would lead the trip?
I’ve had to cancel because of a commitment Labor Day morning . I hope Dave recovers without difficulty and Brie stays negative. Thanks for being thoughtful to others . Kathy P
I was signed up for the trip and I wouldn’t mind stepping up to lead it (with plenty of patience and grace from other trip-goers), but I’m about 12 hours behind Dave on this COVID thing and won’t be attending myself 🙁

I tested positive for Covid-19 this morning. These are the options.
1 cancel the trip
2. Switch it to a pop up trip if someone else wants to lead it.If you are willing to lead it as a pop up post below.
Lynette Young and Cas Chestnut would like to go on this trip. They plan on driving down to Pulltite sometime tomorrow, Wednesday.
