Please clarify. Does “yes “ mean we will be camping at Rhymers both Friday and Saturday night? Or will there be gravel bar camping Saturday night? It makes a big difference in packing . Kathy
adminKeymasterHow can I tell who is going? Is this camping at Rhymers both Friday and Saturday night?
adminKeymasterYes
adminKeymasterHi Dave
I’m planning on driving down Friday. Should I camp at Rhymers?April 15, 2023 at 6:22 am in reply to: Pop-Up 4/15/23 Big River Washington State Park to Merrill Horse Access #1237adminKeymasterI was looking forward to this but not sure of the weather forecast. If it comes up again I will join. I could do this one during the week too, if anyone else can.

April 15, 2023 at 2:35 am in reply to: Pop-Up 4/15/23 Big River Washington State Park to Merrill Horse Access #1234adminKeymasterI’m seeing “scattered thunderstorms” 9am-1pm. if they up the % chance I will probably bail. As of right now, I’m loading my boat. I’ll check in again later tonight.
April 15, 2023 at 1:58 am in reply to: Pop-Up 4/15/23 Big River Washington State Park to Merrill Horse Access #1233adminKeymasterWeather forecast hasn’t really changed so there is some chance of afternoon rain, most likely between 4 and 5. So I don’t know if anyone is still interested in going. I have a rain jacket so it doesn’t make me much difference. If I get any positive responses I will post details or cancellation by 8:00 pm. Post here or text me if still wanting to go. Could do Palisades to Allenton if people want to stay closer and do a shorter trip.

adminKeymasterI would like to request that everybody who paddled with me last Saturday text me a picture of their ACA membership card or give me their membership number, expiration date and name as on the card. Also I will need an emergency contact person and number. If you cannot remember if you filled out the ACA annual waiver please use the link on the club website to do this. Be sure to select our club in the dropdown and club/social for event type. I will put this into a spreadsheet to reduce paperwork in the future.
adminKeymasterMaybe. Depends on river level. If it is high enough to do Prongs we might be able to camp at Rhymers.
