We were able to capture the injured pelican which will be sent to the Treehouse Wildlife Rehabilitation Center

I’m going to cancel this. We are in need of kayakers to help capture an injured Pelican near the Mississippi R Wood River to take to the wildlife rehabilitation center Thursday. If interested contact me . Kathy 3144023038

Yes. I plan on paddling downstream about a mile, then to the lower lakes which are very nice. Then back upstream. No shuttle needed. No launching fee for paddlers. 10 am at farthest boat ramp . Bring water, lunch , dress for possible immersion. Let me know if you’re coming . Kathy

It’s 13 miles, but we haven’t done Route 66 park to Valley Park. It’s good in cooler weather. The shuttle is long, but something different. Kathy
