Yvonne Kehoe will be attending on Sunday, June 8 only. I will be brining my Wilderness Tsunami 140 – 14 foot kayak. I will be driving from St. Charles the morning of June 8, if anyone needs a ride. Thank you for arranging this great opportunity.

Of course, if you have a shorter boat and want to hang out with the sea kayakers — or vice versa — you are welcome to.

If you are interested in birds or wildlife, bring your binoculars or cameras.

I’ll be there Saturday morning and have campsite 23 for that night. I’m going to be in the short boat group, but I’m looking to borrow as my little kayak is sinkable. I’ll send you a text, Eileen!

Wednesday’s afternoon weather report is now calling for rain possibly into Saturday but of course, that can still change.

I’m still planning on being there Friday night unless the forecast is for bad storms.

Cancelling this trip as there are thunderstorms forecasted for Saturday and it’s just going to be too wet.

Replacing it with a single day Common Adventures paddle on Sunday, weather permitting.
