Our site will go live on the 23rd with the old site freezing this Saturday. If you’re registering for this weekend’s event, you may need to rely on phone and email to coordinate – all other trips will be moved over to the new site prior to their occurrence
Everyone will need to create a new account to ensure accurate information; current members will not need to pay their membership again, a coupon will be provided and Eileen will provide support as needed
4 volunteers are needed to help moderate forums; we will still require everyone to post 3 times before a post goes live due to the mass amounts of spam we receive
Website is not optimized for phones, recommended that you log on by computer the first time when you register
