Join me at Starved Rock Start Park in Illinois for a weekend of kayaking, hiking and whatever else you ant to do. It’s about 3 1/2 hours from St Louis.
Kayaking River Routes:
Illinois River: Perfect for those looking to cover more distance and enjoy the majestic bluffs of Starved Rock State Park and Buffalo Rock State Park.
Vermilion River: Ideal for intermediate to advanced kayakers seeking adventure with occasional rapids.
Fox River: Great for beginners or those desiring a tranquil and relaxed paddling experience.IMPORTANT: As of 6/2, there only 11 open sites at the park so if you are interested, go to the website fast!
