Club Leadership

Elected Roles (as stated in Bylaws)

  • President: Supervises and controls the activities of the club, presides over all club meetings, selects chairpersons of any committees, coordinates the work of the organization and Board of Directors.
  • VP-Communications: Performs functions of the President in the absence of his/her ability to act, supports tasks as delegated by the President, adds capacity to committees.
  • Secretary: Keeps the minutes of the proceedings of the membership and Board of Directors, presents minutes for approval, ensures all notices are given in accordance with the bylaws.
  • Treasurer: Organizes, documents, and records all financial activities of the club, has oversight of all the funds in accordance with the club’s financial policies, collects/disperses funds, ensures funds are received and spent in accordance with the organization’s tax-exempt purpose, bylaws, and budget, presents financial statements (accounting background preferred).
