I plan on camping Friday for the clinic and will lead a moonlight paddle Friday evening on the lake. The plan is to meet at the boat launch between 8:00 and 8:30 to put onto the lake. We will do a relaxed paddle to the main body of the lake, to take in a view of the moon and stars. Sometimes we get lucky and see a few meteorites. This is about a 2 mile open water paddle, but we will not be paddling hard. Most boats are acceptable, but if your boat does not have a front bulkhead or flotation be sure to put a large waterproof dry bag or beach ball in just encase you would tip.
